1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using Prompt Saar, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these binding Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must discontinue using and uninstall the App immediately.

2. License to Use Prompts

• Creative Commercial Usage: Prompt Saar grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to copy, adapt, modify, and execute any prompt texts unlocked on the platform for your personal, educational, and commercial creative projects (e.g. generating artwork, software code, videos, or copy).
• App Intellectual Property: The App interface, visual design, custom logos, database structures, algorithms, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Fillosoft and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
• No Wholesale Resale: You may not mass-scrape, mirror, bulk export, resell, or distribute the Prompt Saar database or prompt collection as a competing directory or commercial dataset.

3. Virtual Coins & Reward System

Prompt Saar features an in-app virtual coin economy designed to provide flexible, free access to premium prompts:

• No Real-World Monetary Value: Virtual coins are non-monetary digital tokens used exclusively within the App. Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred outside the App.
• Fair Earning Quotas: Coins are earned by watching verified rewarded video advertisements or receiving promotional bonuses. Daily reward limits (e.g. 5 rewarded ads per day) are established at our discretion and subject to adjustment.
• Balance Integrity: Coins do not expire during regular app operation. However, we reserve the right to revoke coins or reset balances if coins were acquired through exploits or software tampering.

4. Rewarded Advertisements & Fair Play

To receive coin credits or direct prompt unlocks via rewarded ads, the advertisement must be played to completion in accordance with Google AdMob verification protocols. Dismissing or exiting an ad early voids the reward.

Use of automated clickers, emulators, ad-blocking software to falsify completions, or network interception tools constitutes a material violation of these Terms and will result in device banning.

5. Third-Party AI Models & Outputs Disclaimer

Prompt Saar is an independent prompt curation tool and is not officially affiliated with OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), or Midjourney Inc.

Generative AI models are stochastic and constantly evolving. We provide prompt formulations as creative starting points and do not warrant that an AI model will generate identical, error-free, or specific outputs. You agree not to utilize prompts obtained from Prompt Saar to generate content that violates third-party AI providers' Acceptable Use Policies.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

THE APP AND ALL PROMPTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILLOSOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL FILLOSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
